Congressional Country Club was established in 1924 and is located on over 100 acres in Bethesda, MD. Noted for its beauty and gracious design, the Club's upper terrace off the main ballroom is a gorgeous venue for weddings and special events. It overlooks the famed 18th hole of the Club's renowned golf course! During its illustrious history, Congressional has hosted three U.S. Opens and a PGA Championship, and is an annual stop on the PGA Tour, with the AT&T National, hosted by Tiger Woods. Notable former members have included Presidents William Howard Taft, Woodrow Wilson, Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge, Herbert Hoover, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Gerald R. Ford. This is a members-only and all events for non-members must be sponsored.
